Seth Lins (JTail Border Collies) of Arvon, Pennsylvania, has been suspended indefinitely from membership in the ABCA following his arrest on October 11, 2019 for alleged animal cruelty/neglect, and the confiscation of a number of his dogs by law enforcement authorities on that date. This means that no dog Seth Lins sells, and no pup produced by a sire or dam he owns, is eligible for registration with the American Border Collie Association. Effective December 21, 2019.
Karin Robertson of Nova Scotia, Canada, is no longer a member of the ABCA, and is not eligible to register dogs with the ABCA. Effective March 18, 2020.
