IN BRIEF
Amanda’s greatest and most lasting achievement surely must be the creation of the Canadian Border Collie Association, which, thanks to her, became the one and only Border Collie Registry in Canada licensed by the Government of Canada. Without this the Border Collie would be controlled by a registry of mostly conformation breeders.
For the last 35+ years Amanda has been a staunch supporter of the working border collie, always ready to assist any activity which aims to further this breed.
Her breeding program has been a great success and her influence is felt in many Champions.
Amanda has been pushing all of us to become better handlers, to breed better dogs.
