- Director of the Virginia Border Collie Association
SERVICE TO WORKING BORDER COLLIE COMMUNITY
- Held first handlers clinic (1976) and first judging seminar (1983) in North America
- Campaigned vigorously against the Border Collie becoming a conformation breed
- Introduced many people to the Border Collie though numerous exhibitions and demonstrations
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND AWARDS
- Inducted in to the VBCA Hall of Fame
- Appearances on national TV promoting the Working Border Collie
- Regular trial competitor, owned & handled Virginia and Pennsylvania Champions
- One of the first woman sheepdog handlers in North America
